The campsite is extremely old, uncomfortable, moldy bathroom, chemical toilet cleaning score 6, we had booked 1 week and only stayed 5 days .... The sanitary buildings were so terrible that we fled. There was no refund for leaving early .... not even an apology from the boss ... worst campsite I have ever experienced .... For the 3 paid days, no refund no goodwill nothing ..

Had booked a premium pitch for a long period of time. Were received nicely and taken to the pitch. The pitch was large and well located, and that was about it. The sanitary facilities were old; they tried to maintain cleanliness, but that does not replace the need for renovation. The facilities are old and by no means up-to-date. In the upper area, there is a wooden shed serving as a toilet house, which men and women still have to share. The staff was very friendly at check-in, although that friendliness was not experienced when making inquiries later.

The place is really very beautiful located by the Nims. We stood on a spot directly by the Nims. In terms of size, the spot was more than sufficient for our camper measuring 5m in width and 9m in length plus our car. At the lower spots, the power supply seems to have been affected by the flood, so Schuko plugs are needed here. However, the owners directly helped us out with an adapter at this point. Many thanks for that. The operators are really very nice, and you can see and feel everywhere that they are putting in a lot of effort and are constantly improving the site and rebuilding after the flood. Of course, this takes time, and anyone coming here should have known that beforehand before letting it influence their review. Our kids played every day with the other children in the Nims, and the swimming pool was also enjoyed to the fullest. The washrooms are indeed a bit dated, but even here, the operators are very active, and every time we visited the washroom, it was very clean. We assume that over time some modernization will also take place here, but this did not bother us. In summary, we had a very nice time here and can unconditionally recommend the site (especially the spots directly by the water). This will surely not be the last time we have visited this beautiful place.

Well situated and recommended for dog lovers. However, the sanitary facilities leave much to be desired, and the swimming pool is more of a small bath and unfortunately was not in operation and also not in good condition. We specifically chose the site with the pool for our daughter. The homepage advertises differently than what is offered, which distorts the picture, it's very unfortunate as it leads to disappointment upon arrival.

It's a shame that the place is in such a rundown condition. We were there from July 15 to July 17. 2 adults 1 dog. The operators are super nice!! Rolls are highly recommended. We stood at the very top where it is the quietest, and from there we could take nice walks with the dog. Some campers think they don't need to walk a few meters further and let their dogs do their business in front of our motorhome and don't even pick it up. By the way, it's a dead end. Note: Unfortunately, this is the case at many sites. This place is absolutely not recommended for people with mobility impairments. Because it goes steeply uphill everywhere. The upper sanitary facilities are a disaster. Wooden hut with a transparent corrugated metal roof totally dirty. Open the door and what do you see? 1 room with a half partition wall. To the left, 3 men's toilets, to the right, 3 women's toilets. Each has a small hand washbasin where some people wash themselves since there are no showers or washing facilities up there. Cosmetic bins in the women's toilets, lid off and totally rusted. Corners moldy and everything open. No thanks, Men's urinal is next to the side door along with the sink. Outside, the overflowing trash cans stand directly nearby. The smell, delightful in the heat. (sarcastically meant) Stairs to the swimming pool, very steep and slippery (metal ribbed plate edge). The pool and its surroundings were very, very clean!! Well, the sunbeds could use a bit more care. I'll let that one slide. However, there are families that behave wildly in the swimming pool (calling it a pool would be exaggerated), simply jumping in when elderly people are quietly swimming there. You can understand that with children, but with the adult parents, aunt, uncle, grandma, etc. Nooooo. Anyone seeking peace in the pool should save themselves the trip there. Showers. Very cramped and not much shelf space. The disabled shower, however, is very spacious and apparently newer. The cleaning lady puts in a lot of effort. But if something is that old and hasn't been maintained before, she could clean it all day long, unfortunately to no avail. We haven't seen or heard anything about a healing practice or similar. It may be that there is a new operator. Especially sanitary facilities are very important, and you can already get a cosmetic bin for 5 euros. Power lines absolutely need some attention. Conclusion: If the place were not in such poor condition, it would be super beautiful. However, not for people with mobility impairments. Steep uphill and further apart as mentioned. To be honest, the toilet building at the top was not affected by the flooding and has probably been there for decades. Restaurant is not necessary, but perhaps a small kiosk. There is so much potential in this place, and it could be sooo beautiful. P.S. It hasn’t looked like that just since yesterday for you either. Our neighbors were there a few months ago. We didn't want to believe it and made a personal observation. With the same result as our neighbors. Very, very sad. We wish the young team much success. Even with unfortunately negative criticism, don't get discouraged. Only then can you improve and learn. Continue to be so friendly and helpful and above all stay healthy.

We were there for the first time in June 2022 and were looking for a dog-friendly campsite with plenty of nature and peace, from which we could go hiking a lot. We found just such a campsite there. Large trees, many hedges, terraced layout, many meadow areas, the individual pitches are very generously designed, right in the middle of nature and a lot of peace (if you don't book in the front area). I have never seen such a beautiful green pitch before. One must honestly say that the sanitary facilities are not exactly modern or large, but they are polished to a shine every day. The entire team does everything to make the guests feel good, and they succeed in doing so. During our vacation, we did not experience the boss or any team member in a bad mood; everyone was always friendly and very helpful. The location of the campsite, the beautiful pitches, and the great team convinced us; we would love to come back and gladly recommend the pitch. Maybe next time we will also see more glowworms at the edge of the campsite ;)

We have now been here twice on our way through. Once outside of the season and once on Easter Saturday. The first time it was quiet and we were welcomed nicely. Although the facility is quite run down (pool water 50 cm high with algae and a trash can floating in the water, playground quite worn out, peeling paint everywhere, and dilapidated buildings) we slept well. Easter Saturday two weeks later (the trash can in the pool was still there) was very busy. The crowd was rather questionable and very loud for us. Although we had two children with us, we felt pressured by the other very loud guests and children. They were running around screaming between the caravans until late in the evening, so I had to go out and ask for some consideration (around 9:30 PM). For the sake of fairness, it should be mentioned that an attempt seems to be underway to get the site in order and there have apparently been new operators recently who are really very nice. But I still do not understand why simple things are not implemented. Emptying the pool would certainly not be a problem and taking down the old, non-functioning string lights with their partly missing or broken bulbs is not that hard either... we will not be coming back for now.

We had chosen this campsite for a camping trip in February and have just left it very satisfied. Although the camping season had not yet started, we were warmly welcomed. The sanitary facilities that were open to us were clean, warm, and in good condition. Efforts are currently underway to eliminate the aftermath of the floods and create a beautiful camping area with many new ideas for all target groups. The location of the campsite is dreamy, and its size and spaciousness ensure that everyone can find their perfect camping experience here. The potential is already clearly recognizable, and we will definitely come back! P.S: Another heartfelt thank you to the construction workers who literally helped us out of a bind!
