On our 35th wedding anniversary, my wife and I booked and fully paid for a mobile home from 09/30 to 10/14/2023 in June 2023. One week before our trip, we were informed via email that a travel group had registered for 10/06 to 10/08 and that we would need to find alternative accommodation for this period. This seemed suspicious to us, and we inquired in writing again. It was true that we could stay until the morning of 10/06 and then not return until the afternoon of 10/08. They then left us with the choice in the week before our arrival whether we wanted to come only for one week, or from 10/08, or get our money back. Of course, we wanted our money back – which we still haven't received to this day. We have already demanded this in writing several times, but no one is responding anymore. Serious hosts or business owners do not behave like this!
