Great small campsite. Pitches directly by the lake, super view from the window. Clean sanitary facilities. Unfortunately, we only had one night. Walk by the lake. We couldn't use the ferry service due to the short time we had. The snack bar had delicious burgers. The highway and train were not audib

Great location by the lake. However, there isn't much to do touristically in the area. The most interesting activity would be a boat trip to the opposite wine towns in nice weather.

Extremely unfriendly reception - never experienced anything like it before. Location with a view of the lake in one direction, but right at the foot of the highway and train tracks. An inviting place looks different to me.

I do not understand the comparatively poor rating from ADAC. For example, shopping options: a SPAR supermarket is 200 m away in the village. A dreamily beautiful location by Lake Walen!
