Camping Ramstein Plage

The campsite advertises the lake, which belongs to the municipality and unfortunately was not usable (bacteria). Otherwise, everything is old and not maintained or reinvested. We also did not get our money back when we wanted to leave after 1 hour of checking out. Very unfriendly management. Not recommended!!!

Direct location by the cool bathing lake, wonderful nature all around, opportunities for table tennis, basketball, pétanque, etc. Campsite/Rental accommodation: electricity and water at the site, partially nicely shaded.

The wash and toilet facilities were adequately available. At the bakery in the small village, you can also find everyday necessities. It is only closed on Mondays. A good starting point for further activities. Pitch/Rental accommodation: The pitch was quiet, shady, very spacious, and the ground was covered with grass. We really liked that.

The seasonal campers take up too much space and have too much influence. This is noticeable both at the pitches, where there is often loud music and noise, but especially at the swimming pool, where they repeatedly ignore the pool rules. They are loud, jump into the pool regardless of the fact that there are small children nearby, and they never shower before entering the water, even though all the other visitors seem to follow this rule. This creates an uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere around the pool. Pitch/rental accommodation: A little bumpy
