Camping Municipal du Lac (Rioz)

You can expect cosy, parcelled pitches on a beautiful grassy area with scattered trees. The pitches are between 70 and 120 m² in size and pleasantly separated from each other by hedges. Some of the pitches have a gravel surface, which is super practical, especially in wet weather.

We do not have a swimming pool directly on the site, but you do not have to miss out on a refreshing dip. There is a great outdoor pool just 500 metres away, and if the weather does not play along, you can reach an indoor pool after just one kilometre.

If you are looking for relaxation, you have come to the right place. The campsite is wonderfully quiet and idyllically situated on the outskirts of Rioz. Since a forest directly borders one side, you are surrounded by greenery and can enjoy nature to the fullest.

Since the campsite is currently not bookable directly via PiNCAMP, you can enquire about the exact rates directly on site. Typical cost factors include:

• The fee for your pitch (grass or gravel)
• Electricity connection (strong 16-ampere sockets available)
• Use of the sanitary facilities, including washing machines and tumble dryers
• Any fees for pets

Arrival is straightforward as the campsite is located on the outskirts of town. Since some pitches are gravelled and others are grass, you should pack both sturdy pegs for hard ground and standard pegs for your awning. A CEE plug is recommended for the power supply at your pitch.

For the perfect start to the day, the campsite offers a convenient bread roll service. For everything else, you are just a few minutes' walk or cycle ride from the centre of Rioz (approx. 200 m to 1 km). There you will find supermarkets, restaurants, a snack bar, and a grocery store for your shopping.
