Camping Municipal da Guarda

You can expect a natural mixed forest terrain on a slope that ends in a hilltop. Since the area is densely wooded, you will find plenty of natural shade. The terrain is partially very sloping, but there are some level pitches for caravans and motorhomes.

The campsite is situated at an impressive 1070 metres above sea level, which ensures pleasantly fresh air on hot summer days. A huge plus is the location: the town centre of Guarda is just 100 metres away, so you can easily explore the charming town on foot.

Since the terrain is on a slope and partially very sloping, you should definitely pack levelling ramps. If you are arriving with a car and caravan or a motorhome, you should aim for one of the level pitches. As the site is surrounded by two roads, it can be a bit busier during the day.

Since the campsite cannot be booked directly through PiNCAMP, we cannot show you daily updated prices. However, here are the main cost factors you should prepare for:

• Pitch fee for holidaymakers (100 pitches in total)
• Electricity connection (with 5-amp fuse protection)
• Dogs are allowed on request (please clarify in advance)
• ADAC Campcard: Since the site is not directly bookable through us, it is best to ask about current discounts on-site.

The journey is super relaxed as it is a campsite close to the highway. This means you don't have to conquer any complicated mountain passes. If you are travelling without your own vehicle, you will benefit from a public transport stop just 50 metres away.

It is quiet directly on the campsite, but you have everything you need in the immediate vicinity. A grocery store is just 600 metres away and you can reach a restaurant after 800 metres. For water lovers, there is also an outdoor pool and an indoor pool just 100 metres away.
