Camping Moselland

The owner is in a bad mood some days and in a very bad mood on others. This is the worst behavior as a service provider. We have been going there for a few years now and avoid any contact with her. But it doesn’t always work. Example: When paying this time, I was practically thrown out until the meter was read (it took 3 minutes). Grumpy, unpleasant, rude...... A restructuring of the hierarchy is bitterly needed, as the rest of the family is super friendly. We also do not pay with counterfeit money.

We were at the Campingplatz Moselland from September 13 to September 17, 2023, which is very beautiful and quiet, located by the Moselle River between Reil and Pünderich. It is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours along the Moselle. Very nice operators. However, if you are unlucky and groups gather at the site, the peace is gone. Complaints and issues reported to the site manager are ignored. It is a shame that some campers have to behave so poorly. Rules and mutual consideration are ignored. The larger the motorhomes, the more poorly they can behave. We love coming here, but this group gathering has happened to us for the third time now. Therefore, there will be a negative review regarding the peace.

Nice quiet place. Well located. Well-kept. The spaces could be larger. And they are definitely not 100 sqm as stated. The smell in the men's shower is really extremely unpleasant. Broken siphon or something similar.

The sanitary facilities are a disaster, the parking spaces have become so small that if you have a Fendt 550, the car no longer fits in the parking space and that for €14.50. Absolutely not suitable for disabled people and seniors. The toilets are closed for an hour at noon. Waste disposal is only possible at certain times. Here, they just want to rake in money. It's a pity, it used to be nice here.

Just under 40€ for a box van with two adults and sanitary facilities across the street. Small kiosk for snacks and reception.. unfortunately no roll service. This should be standard at a four-star site...

beautifully quiet location

It's a pity that as a tourist you can't get a spot directly by the Moselle; these spots seem to be reserved for permanent campers. Otherwise, the place has aged, but everything is clean and the hosts are friendly.

Power boxes too far apart, cables had to be laid across the street. Very nice location but sprawling. Only gravel paths and the place is overall very isolated.
