You can expect a beautiful, oval and terraced site with leafy trees providing pleasant shade. The pitches for holidaymakers are nestled comfortably in the centre of the campsite around an idyllic pond. With a generous size of 100 to 120 square metres, you have plenty of space to spread out.

The pitches are excellently equipped: almost all of them offer you their own waste water and fresh water connections, as well as a TV connection and electricity with 6 to 10 amps. If you like fishing, you have come to the right place, as the campsite is a real insider tip for anglers. In addition, a 9-hole golf course directly adjoins the site.

It is good to know that the campsite has a strong community of regular guests with 225 pitches for permanent campers. However, the 56 pitches for holidaymakers are nicely grouped in the centre. Thanks to the terraced terrain, you enjoy a great layout, and the central pond ensures a wonderfully relaxed, natural atmosphere.

As prices vary depending on the season and pitch category, it is best to enter your travel dates directly to check the latest daily rates. You should consider the following cost factors when planning:

• Electricity connection (6 - 10 amps) is available at the pitches.
• Fresh water and waste water connections as well as TV connections are included for most pitches.
• Wi-Fi is available in the reception and restaurant area.
• Sanitary facilities with showers and toilets, as well as washing machines and dryers, can be used on site.

Arriving by car with a caravan is straightforward thanks to the good location in East England. Since the terrain is terraced, you should drive with a bit of caution on the campsite. For the ground in the green, wooded area, we recommend packing sturdy pegs so that your awning stands securely in any English weather.

You are well looked after here when it comes to food! Directly on the campsite, there is a cosy restaurant for relaxed evenings. For a quick bite in between, a snack bar is just 50 metres away. You can do your daily shopping at the campsite's own grocery store, and a larger supermarket is only 4 kilometres away.

You certainly won't get bored here! Directly on the campsite, you can burn off some energy playing beach volleyball or on the tennis court. If you fancy a swim, you will find an indoor pool 5 kilometres away. For a real day at the beach, you can reach a great seaside swimming spot after just 10 kilometres.
