Good campsite, rip-off for electricity

September 2025

Actually, everything is really good: location, pitches, facilities, condition, cleanliness. It is unacceptable that you have to book the option "electricity connection". Thanks to a powerful solar system and battery, I don’t need an electricity connection, but have to pay 6 CHF per day anyway. The operator justifies this by saying that campers have used the electricity connection without payment.

Well-located and well-maintained campsite

August 2025

We stayed at the end of August 2025 for one night with a motorhome at this campsite. We had not booked in advance and were lucky that there were still places available, as the day before everything was fully booked, so we would recommend making a reservation in advance. Even after the reception closes at 6 PM, you can still check in yourself, as the available spots are listed at the reception. The site is very well-maintained, there is a modern pool, a small playground, a common room with toys and a TV, as well as several covered seating areas. At the reception, there is a small shop where you can pick up the ordered rolls in the morning (there are also always a few rolls and bread available for purchase, so it's worth getting up early). The campsite has a wonderful view of the mountains and is very quiet.

Marked by Permanent Campers

August 2025

A site predominantly used by permanent campers. We wouldn’t have ended up here if the ADAC Camping App had used the phrase “Marked by Permanent Campers” in the description. The site feels like a community garden colony with the old, built-in caravans. Tourist guests are placed among the permanent campers. The power supply with only 6 amperes must be considered rudimentary. The site features 2 sanitary areas which seem outdated but clean. The small pool is a highlight, but while swimming, you look at a fence that obstructs the beautiful view of the surroundings. The highway in the valley is audible. In some pitches, turbines from the nearby power plant can be heard. A sign along the hiking path points to a likely nearby landfill. The cycling paths are very well developed and well marked. The restaurant is very expensive.

Nice campsite in a very beautiful area, sanitary facilities well equipped and clean, we stayed here for one night while passing through. We arrived only after the official opening hours, but after a phone call everything was prepared for us (including an adapter).

Nice quiet place

Beautiful terrace-shaped site. Apple trees provide shade, free fruit in autumn. Quite quiet, you can only hear the highway as background noise. We are in Liechtenstein, for that the place is not expensive. Sanitary facilities are not top modern but always clean. Very nice operators, rolls in the morning and a small shop for the essentials. The swimming pool was no longer active in autumn.

Very nice camping site

April 2022

After a 12-hour drive with a lot of traffic and some poor reviews, we initially had low expectations. However, we were very positively surprised by the beautiful mountain scenery, the clean and good sanitary facilities, and the children enjoyed the playground. The only issue was the electricity due to Swiss adapters, but this is also mentioned on the homepage. We were self-sufficient in the motorhome and had a good overnight stay.

Nicely located terrace-shaped campsite. Sanitary facilities are older but clean. Ideally located for visits to Vaduz by bicycle.
