Camping Mithimna is located in the Greek municipality of Kissámos on the turquoise-blue Mediterranean Sea on the island of Crete, which is famous for its spectacular natural landscape. The beach here is right on the doorstep in a wide bay and offers wonderful bathing conditions. The campsite is ideal for arriving and departing with the ferry from Kissamos. Very friendly reception, you can choose your own spots. We started several tours from here. We were unlucky with the sea, always strong winds and high waves.

Not prepared yet on April 18th.
Supposedly opened from 01.04. The gate was open, a worker on site: "The boss is back there," I couldn't find him, phone not answered. Made a tour around the area and drove away again.

The special thing is that the sea there is "boat-free" and swimmers can relax in the warm water (28°C-30°C) for hours.
