This campsite is by no means recommended. Pitches are very, very close together. Reception is zero friendly, only the bare necessities. Sanitary facilities are nauseating, the only positive was the warm water. We endured one night and moved two pitches further away. The ADAC should be ashamed to offer something like this. The one and truly only point is for the beach and the beautifully clean town of Tropea.

From this campsite, you can reach the beautiful town of Tropea via a staircase. We were there at the end of September and already at the reception we were hopelessly waiting for some friendliness. The pitches are relatively tight with many trees. The sanitary facilities were disgusting - tiles were missing in the showers, on the walls as well as on the floor, and one really didn't want to use the toilets. Ants, flies, and mosquitoes left us with no choice. We wonder, if this is an ACSI or ADAC site that is inspected annually, where do the inspectors have their eyes? We will definitely not return to this site. There are other sites nearby.
