It is a pure stopover place (Camperstop) and based on this, I evaluate it as well.

We were looking for a parking space for one night and this was the only one that still had a spot available. Nice staff BUT the parking was arranged so tightly that you could only open the door of the caravan. Sanitary facilities were an absolute disaster. From the outside, it looks like an old storage shed. Inside, it's old and dirty. Power connection was available and you could also empty the chemical toilet. If we had known this beforehand, we would have spent the night at a truck stop. The only advantage is the proximity to the highway and the lake.

Upon arrival, we were asked to move a bit closer together as 40 reservations had been made for the night. However, the place only has the capacity for half of the reservations. It was arranged so tightly that one couldn't open their window without bumping into their neighbor's caravan. The same applied to departure. Anyone wanting to leave early had to coordinate with their neighbor or have a mover to park out early. Maneuvering with a tow vehicle was not possible. Conclusion: the term camping site does not fit even remotely. Camping is a vacation for me. This is a gravel parking lot with a direct highway behind it, making it very noisy. The price of €45 for standing like chickens in a battery cage is more than cheeky. I can and will never visit this place again and will not recommend it. Every highway rest area is a better alternative than this parking space. If there were zero stars, they would be appropriate here.

At €35, it's far too expensive for an unmarked parking space on gravel. The caravans and motorhomes have to park so closely together that you can barely open the door. One gets the impression that it's all about quantity and making quick money. The sanitation building is a container that did not leave a very clean and well-kept impression. The showers are very narrow and there is no lockable door. Washing at the outdoor sinks is not possible in the dark, as the light goes off due to a motion detector. The rolls in the morning were not fully baked. All in all, definitely not recommended. Better to go somewhere else!

Ideal place for travelers passing through. Very friendly staff. Very inexpensive. Simple sanitary facilities, but clean. If you are looking for a budget accommodation and does not have high demands, this is the right place. We did not notice the noise from the highway.

I searched for the 3 high earthworks, but did not find them. Noise from 3 sides. Too expensive, the price information in ADAC is not complete. In the shower, one gets claustrophobic.

Great transit spot, easy to reach, not noisy despite being close to the highway. Nice staff who are always present at the site. The spot is also suitable for "big ships" and is dog-friendly. Unfortunately, there is no dining option at the site, but there is a kiosk with cold beer. Chiemsee is within walking distance. We took a stop here on our way to Croatia and can highly recommend the site without reservation. Tip: the entrance has a very sharp curve. Just drive to the next village, there is a roundabout to turn around.
