Level terrain between the beach and a military airport. Pitch areas are divided by bushes, flowers, and hedges. Due to the sparse tree population, there are additional mats for shade. Front pitches offer a view of the sea.
Sandy beach interspersed with some bushes, featuring a boat dock and a restaurant.

Camping located immediately near the military airport of San Javier. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after the first night: woke up at 4 am by the airport starting up and from 6:30 am, the comings and goings of the squadrons. We left and the management argued that the noise was beyond their control, so no refund was possible.

The large place right by the sea was good. Bad was the extreme airplane noise. Sanitary facilities were clean and good, and the staff very friendly. We would not stay here longer than one night dev🤷♀️

Very tidy campsite with well-maintained sanitary facilities. Bread service and a small minimarket. Directly at the military airport. We were there on the weekend: no flight activity. Pool very nice, but at 17 degrees too cold for swimming. The sea is also too cold, beach and wooden walkway very good for walking. We wanted to take the ferry to La Manga, but were informed in Santiago that the bike ferry does not run in winter. We then rode our bikes north into the La Manga nature reserve. A top recommendation and perhaps better than visiting the developed southern area. The campsite and surroundings are therefore top and very recommendable (but at least book a Minor pitch to get a spot in the top area).

Almost perfect, very well equipped, very clean. The location is beautiful, except for the desolate bypass road around the airport, with direct access to the water. The beach does not live up to its promise. No sand, but firm clay ground, and the water is uninviting with algae or plant slime. Cycling a kilometer over a wooden path to the neighboring beach is worthwhile if you want to swim. We would like to come back, but not on the weekend, as the disco music from the restaurant, with an undamped bass, is nerve-wracking. In contrast, the noise from the neighboring airport is bearable. Conclusion: very nice facility, swimming not attractive, somewhat very loud, pleasant crowd and friendly staff, and very hot water for rinsing and showering.

The site is right on the beach. The sanitary facilities are newer and quite clean. The restaurant is really nice (local cuisine). The owner of the restaurant is also the owner of the campsite. The pool area is also clean and cozy. The only downside is that there are some permanent residents here, and the Spaniards are very loud (on weekends) and do not take much consideration for other people. The camping shop is extremely small and doesn’t offer much. It’s better to do big shopping beforehand :-). The camping spots are large and easy to drive on.

Very clean sanitary facilities, well-organized waste concept. Professional washing machine and dryer. Friendly staff. Good email communication. Flexible response to booking changes. Fast Wi-Fi, but sometimes not functioning. The site is located between the lagoon and Murcia airport (only separated by a road, but few flight movements during the stay). The site is quite far from the village on foot. Bicycles, etc. are highly recommended. Shopping facilities on the site were closed. Bread sale at the reception. Parking spaces are also suitable for very large vehicles. Users in January are predominantly from German-speaking countries. In my opinion, the lagoon is not suitable for swimming. The first 50-100 meters are very shallow and overgrown. However, it is well suited for water sports enthusiasts. Mosquitoes are also present in January. There are hardly any trees. Shade in summer is only provided by shading curtains, but not in all spaces. Electricity billing is expensive and cannot be controlled, as meter readings are not provided. A consumption of 70 kWh in 5 days seems unrealistically high. The final bill is only paid after which you receive the statement via email. Access to the site (barrier) and beach through a gate is only with a code card. In terms of price/performance, in my opinion, it is "too expensive" for a short stay.
