A truly wonderful campsite We had pitch 87, second row directly at the washroom, the only downside was that the doors of the washroom slam shut a lot. The lady at the reception was very friendly. The staff member there spoke very good German. It was only a few steps to the beach and in the evenings we can hear the sound of the sea here. The little beach bar is totally cozy (long waiting times) but the food is really good. A real insider tip… Lost Place However, there is no pool but the sea is there.

This place is not a 5-star hotel. Good thing. It is original, a bit "disheveled", not luxurious, cozy. We happened to land here and felt very comfortable.

If you don't get one of the very few real spots, you're left standing on a meadow. Poorly maintained, but with electricity. Water via decrepit sinks. The sanitation facilities are for the hard-boiled. Overall, not recommended, unless you have a spot by the sea. That makes up for the rest. The funny thing is, the entrance area is excellent. Unfortunately, that's the only good part.

The place is neglected and unkempt. The permanent campers live here in old caravans and huts that spread a certain hippie charm. If something is broken, it is not repaired, but they make the best of it. Showers/toilets are functional, but one should definitely not look too closely. Many stray cats, not great with dogs. No fresh water at the parking space. The beach is also not really convincing. Half sand, half gravel, sometimes mixed, not nice for walking, not nice for lying down, it's best to go into the water with swimming shoes. The restaurant is a cozy little spot on the beach with delicious tapas. Very simple, but good. Again, everyone was very friendly and helpful, like the entire campsite. I definitely cannot give it 3 stars and even 2 stars only with a heavy heart.

On our way back from Andalusia, we made a stop for one night. In front of the site barrier, there is a clear sign indicating where newcomers should park. They then block a few parking spaces – absolutely unavoidable. You are only allowed to enter the site once you have viewed and accepted the offered pitch. That’s how I was instructed and that’s how I did it. Fortunately, I understood nothing of the angry tirade from the driver of the car whose parking space I had blocked. The site offers beautiful pitches near the facilities – but during the camping boom, without a reservation, there’s no chance. They offered us a free plot among the long-term campers. Nothing for us. The "free* unmarked meadow was not mentioned. Good thing we know it from before. There we found a pitch that completely satisfied us. As an ADAC member for 18 euros all inclusive. The simple restaurant was open - but we didn’t use it. On both sides of the site, adjacent holiday facilities (holiday homes, etc.) stretch out. Now in winter it was very quiet – it is hard to imagine that it is also "extraordinarily quiet" here during the high season. Many GPS devices route to the site via Av. de la Vall de Sego - nothing thick should come up against it.

A great place amidst countless palm trees directly on the large, expansive pebble beach. The pitches are separated by bushes and have water connections. The electricity connection can only be operated by camping staff. Several zones are available: one with long-term campers and thus a corresponding lively atmosphere, a really nice zone at the front by the beach, and a zone in the back area. The minimarket is very well stocked and there are free oranges from their own organic cultivation. A restaurant is available.... but during our trip through Spain, we actually always ate much better elsewhere. The sanitary facilities are outdated, but clean. There is not much going on in the immediate area. A trip to Sagunto, about 7 km away, with its huge fortress is worth it. It is mostly accessible via bike paths. We will gladly visit this really lovingly designed campsite again.

Campsites with sea view, private beach access. Sanitary facilities in need of renovation. Fortunately, no animations, hence a quiet location. Beach bar with lounge area and delicious paella. Small market right at the site.
