The campsite is located directly by the Main River, and the old town is reachable on foot in 5 minutes. The staff and the managers are very friendly and courteous. There is also a dog area available for dogs. We often go there because it is so beautiful!!

The place is very centrally located to the old town (a 6-minute walk over the bridge) and yet quiet. The areas for tourists are on a well-maintained lawn directly by the Main River and are mostly flat. Electrical connections are available, albeit somewhat improvised. The operators are very friendly

We had two overnight stays there with small children. After a while, they got a bit bored. We couldn't let them walk alone because of the proximity to the Main River. There are many campsites directly by the water. Everything is very clean and tidy. A charming old town nearby.

Camping site Mainwiese in Miltenberg is a seasonal site from 01.04 - 30.09. In the winter months, the camping site must be cleared due to flooding. We are not closed!!!!
