We were seasonal campers at Camping Main-Spessart-Park for 2 years, and despite our fairly long journey (from OWL), we always enjoyed and regularly came for a long weekend. The campsite is truly beautiful, right by the Main River. The sanitary facilities are very modern and always kept super clean. The owner is extremely friendly and always willing to help. From the campsite, there is a direct path leading into the adjacent forest, ideal for people like us who travel with a dog and love long walks. The site is overall very quiet but also offers many activities for families spending time with children on the site. There is also an outdoor pool in the immediate vicinity. We can only highly recommend this place.

Quick and uncomplicated spot reservation. The first spot was too small for us, but the operator promptly offered us another nice large spot as an alternative. Overall, the spots are spaciously sized. The sanitary facilities were always perfectly clean. The staff in the shop (small, but equipped with the essentials apart from fresh fruit and vegetables) are very friendly, and the rolls (by pre-order only!) are very inexpensive and very tasty! Internet reception is rather rudimentary. It is also a shame that the spot is not directly on the Main and that the road between the spot and the Main can be heard during the day. At night, though, it was really quiet. The spot is a recommendation and we would gladly come back!
