The site now belongs to the Samay group. We frequently use this affordable, open year-round site for winter stopovers, and for that purpose, everything is fine. Since our last stay in 2025, a lot has changed. Many new rental accommodations have been added on the right side, and significant renovation work, including on the restaurant, was underway.

We made a stopover here in February 2024. Depending on the exit from the A7, it's about 10 km – in the end, a rather narrow road. You don't need to reserve in winter – there are plenty of free parking spots. The mulberry trees surely provide nice shade in summer. Because in winter, without leaves - plenty of sun. A special price (21 EUR 2024) is offered on all discount cards during the low season - also for the ADAC CampCard. The simple restaurant is also open in winter – but we didn't try it. The beach is 250 m away – we weren't impressed. As a stopover site in winter, it's OK.
