We ended up going somewhere else as my bank wouldn't let me do a bank transfer so I rang up 4 times to ask if I could pay when I arrived for the man at the other end to say don't understand and put the phone down on me then on the day they emailed to ask why we hadn't turned up to be told all the telephone operators speak English and the said we could have paid when we arrived i also tried to email them so as you can understand we found somewhere else Pitch/rental accommodation: Caravan
