Only suitable for passing through

The place is located in the middle of the city, but it is still quiet. We arrived late at night and then stood in front of the barrier until 2:00 AM when someone wanted to leave and opened the barrier for us. We then stayed on the grounds of the rowing club for about 7 hours, not on the 'campsite'. For this stay (without electricity), we paid €22.00. The showers were moderately clean, but there was no functionality at the sockets for hairdryers or razors. The toilets were clean. This is really only suitable for passing through.

Quiet camping with a very beautiful view. About 15 minutes to the city on foot. Sanitary facilities very clean.

The worst and most expensive campsite in Greece!

Well meant: The campsite is located directly on the lake shore, the city center is easily reachable on foot, yet the site is relatively quiet. Poorly done: As an "appendage" of the local rowing club, the site is neglected. The showers are quite far from the camping area, and the toilets even further. Sanitary facilities, if they even exist, are only inadequately cleaned. Overall, the campsite must be certified as neglected - waste on the wooded meadows, construction materials stored there, partially non-functioning power connections, destroyed lamps. The reception is only staffed at random times by an incompetent assistant. In our experience, the worst and most expensive campsite in Greece! But the only one in the area... Do I have to give one star below? Then only because of the existence of the site!

Embarrassing

This place is a disgrace to the city. No hot water, dirty and run down. Someone is only here for a few hours. The price of 25 euros for cash payment without a receipt (31 with card) is outrageous, and you only stay here due to a lack of alternatives.

Transit Camping Site

Location by the lake and almost in the city is actually good. The only campsite in the region. Facility is poorly maintained and unlovely. Sanitary facilities are old and cleaned far too infrequently. Minimarket was never open even during peak season. The owner (or tenant?) uses the adjacent area as a dog toilet! Swimming in the unfortunately dirty lake is not possible. Restaurant right next door is good, though not cheap.

A nice place in itself, but just a transit site.

Good transit camping. Friendly staff. The price wasn't completely clear upon arrival, but it was correct at checkout. We needed repairs on our car. We were well assisted by the staff.

Also very friendly, nice, clean and well-kept even in the off-season. The income from the campsite serves to promote the rowing club for young people who cannot afford membership in an expensive club. The site is simple, without frills and gimmicks ;)
