The campsite was very clean and well-organized! The pool area is fantastic for small children. The bouncy castle and BMX track are also very well maintained. Our mobile home with air conditioning could have been a bit cleaner. There was always some sand and dust in the corners... but it wasn't really dirty. The toilet was very cramped. So we didn't use the toilet paper holder to make it easier to back up... Unfortunately, the entertainment team only spoke French. They didn't pay any attention to our son. He would have loved to participate more. This was a real shame. The site is located a bit outside of town, but that is not a problem at all if you have a car. You're at the sea in 15 minutes and in the city center of Narbonne in 10 minutes. We had two wonderful weeks at this quiet place. We regularly bought baguettes at the shop and were also enthusiastic about the food on the site.

Camping Les Mimosas in the south of France impresses with a huge open-air pool area and a wide range of different activities. At the same time, guests can reach the picturesque sandy beach of Portiragnes on foot in just a few minutes, which is ideal for sunbathing and splashing around in the warm summer months between May and September.
Camping Les Mimosas is located in the French region of Occitania in the Hérault department. Nearby is the small town of Portiragnes, one of the southernmost municipalities on the French mainland, which also offers cultural sights such as the town hall and the Saint-Felix church. Camping Les Mimosas has a total of 200 pitches and 212 rental accommodations on a total area of 7 hectares, so that numerous campers can spend their holidays here. The campsite is equipped with laundry facilities, a grocery shop, a snack bar and an upmarket restaurant, so that guests can choose whether to self-cater or eat out at any time. The child- and dog-friendly resort has a huge outdoor pool with a number of slides, as well as shallow pools that are perfect for young children. Holidaymakers can also look forward to a wide range of wellness facilities and a beauty department. In the evenings, guests can look forward to a wide-ranging entertainment programme, while during the day you can hire bikes or play a round of golf. In general, there is a sociable and relaxed atmosphere at Camping Les Mimosas, which makes you feel at home from the very first moment. Despite the many activities on offer, it is extremely quiet at night so that guests can get a good night's sleep.
The long sandy beach, which can be reached in just a few minutes, is the region's landmark. It not only offers holidaymakers ideal conditions for sunbathing, relaxing and swimming, but also invites you to enjoy various water sports: Kitesurfing is particularly popular here. The small town of Portiragnes, on the other hand, offers cultural highlights, with the 240-kilometre Canal du Midi being particularly worth seeing. It flows from Toulouse into the Mediterranean and is one of the region's UNESCO World Heritage Sites. A little further away, but also ideal for a day trip, is the "Parc Naturel Régional de la Narbonnaise en Méditerranée", which borders Spain to the west and is a true paradise for hikers and nature lovers in particular.
