Pros
The welcome was warm, the chalet was very clean, well decorated, and cozy, the silence was delightful, the delivery of bread and chocolate croissants was a royal touch, and the little gift for our little one was a nice gesture.
Cons
Returning the keys at 10 am is early, but I understand that cleaning has to be done, we are not morning people 😄
