Beautiful Campsite and Good Swimming Opportunities
Very nice campsite in a quiet location. Starting point for lovely walks in the Les Grangettes nature reserve. Otherwise somewhat isolated. By car, you can reach the Riviera in Montreux in 15 minutes. Good restaurant with normal prices and clean, somewhat older sanitary facilities available.

Laissez-faire Mentality
The location by the lake is very beautiful. Despite the actually quiet location, a humming sound could be heard for hours at night, which prevented us from sleeping. Sanitary facilities are outdated but clean, hot water was always available. Wifi costs extra. When we arrived, our spot was occupie… More

Nestled between Lake Geneva and the forests at the foot of Mont d'Arvel and Grammont, Camping Les Grangettes enjoys an idyllic location on the shores of the lake. The campsite has a long, wide beach with shallow water, making it ideal for families with children. The Les Grangettes nature reserve is one of the last protected stretches of shoreline on Lake Geneva and is a paradise for nature lovers in its unspoilt state.
Camping Les Grangettes has 72 pitches. They are located on flat grassland on the shores of the lake and are parcelled out. From the entire site you have a marvellous view of the water and the romantic moated castle of Chillon in Veytaux. The area surrounding the campsite is very quiet and the nearest towns of Noville and Villeneuve are around 20 minutes' walk away. With its gently sloping shore and picturesque beach with sunbathing area and reed beds, the campsite is very popular with families and nature lovers alike. There are two sanitary blocks including a barrier-free cabin as well as a boat slip, a children's play area and a golf course. Lovers of pétanque will also get their money's worth here on four lanes. A cosy restaurant with traditional cuisine, a bar and a large terrace are available for your physical well-being. Breakfast can be enjoyed here in the morning and bread is available for self-catering. Services for campers include the emptying of cassette toilets, the sale of glass bottles, the supply and disposal of camper vans and the possibility of washing dishes and laundry in the sink as well as in the machine. There is also a freezer and a small shop for camping accessories. Dogs are allowed on the site.
The nature reserve Les Grangettes emerged from the Rhone delta and enchants with its unique water world. The best way to explore the diverse flora and fauna of the protected biotope is by water. There are guided tours with biologists in solar-powered boats. The fashionable spa town of Montreux with its flower-lined promenade and magnificent Belle Époque house façades is always worth a visit. We also recommend a visit to Chillon Castle. This almost thousand-year-old moated castle with an impressive chapel is one of the most fascinating castles in Europe and offers performances and concerts all year round. The Funplanet in Rennaz near Villeneuve is an indoor play paradise. This is a large leisure centre with bowling, go-karting, minigolf and restaurants.
