Homair Les Dunes (Torreilles-Plage)

Great spot right by the beach. Very nice water park with lots of slides. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We have been here for 2 weeks now (family, 2 adults, 2 children (8 and 12)). Already during the arrival, the reception was hopelessly overwhelmed. The cars were standing out to the street and it was going very slowly (1-hour waiting time). We had booked a safari tent, which was in a desolate condition. (Dirty shower, bird droppings in the kitchen area and in the kitchen cabinets, empty toilet paper rolls between the partition and the tent fabric, broken refrigerator and about 1/3 of the roof was missing or flapping loosely. The promised cleaning (within 1 hour) then took place the next day. The repair (the flapping corners were screwed down, the rest is still missing) of the roof fabric took place after numerous complaints 3 days before our departure. The facility itself is very nicely laid out, the beach is extensive. The sanitary facilities look very good at first glance, but on the second glance, you see unkempt, moldy interiors. All in all, we will not come again and unfortunately cannot recommend the site.
