Small and cosy campsite on the French Atlantic coast
Camping Les Dunes is located on the Atlantic coast near Longeville-sur-Mer in the Vendée department. Around 3 kilometres off the coast lies the Ile de Ré with its fine sandy beaches and dense pine forests. The campsite is surrounded by tall trees, making the pitches wonderfully shady. Guests have the option of booking rental accommodation. There is a whirlpool, bike hire and a tennis court on the campsite. Children can have fun in the playground or in the paddling pool with water slides. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are just 5 kilometres away.
Beautiful sandy beaches and numerous cycle paths
A 7 km long beach lined with fragrant forests awaits visitors in the seaside resort of Longeville-sur-Mer. Here you can relax and enjoy the sun. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails around the campsite. Cycle through the Marais Poitevin marshland to Angles. From here, you can take a trip to the charming Ile de Ré, which is criss-crossed by a network of cycle paths covering more than 100 kilometres. Children will love a trip to the Puy du Fou historical adventure park in Les Epesses.
