Well-located campsite. Quiet and nicely shaded by trees. Top mobile home. Large swimming area. Friendly and responsive staff. Location/Rental Accommodation: Spacious, clean, well arranged, comfortable bedding.

Cons

Too bad that half of the aquatic area was closed, contrary to the communication on the website regarding the low season. Communication issue between reception and maintenance staff. Location/Rental Accommodation: The hood that expels the air drawn in the mobile home...!! Problem with the jacuzzi that didn't want to heat anymore at the end of the stay.

🤨 The mobile home was very dirty, I won’t be coming back. The sheets were stained and dirty. Location/Rental accommodation: Nothing special.

🤝 The reception office is pleasant and available, the attendant was monitoring the pool entrance on his phone and did not hear due to his earbuds. On Saturday night around 10 PM, security approached from afar without speaking to us. A few minutes later, he came closer, having hidden behind a bungalow to observe us, and without greeting us or speaking, he circled around the bungalow. After a "good evening, are you looking for something?" he reprimanded us for the noise (we were talking without music), and the tone quickly escalated to aggressive and rude. 10:15 PM on a Saturday night... EPAHD? 👍 The water area is great!!! You have focused everything on this. Location/Rental accommodation: Air conditioning 👎 Having been to several ***** campsites, you do not measure up to your competitors. We had a rundown, outdated bungalow, all crammed together...The outdoor spaces are poorly maintained, with a lot of dead vegetation. The areas not accessible to vacationers are not concealed and are messy. Coming the first week of the off-season, nearly all services of the campsite were stopped. This has never been the case in other campsites. This should be indicated on the website at the time of booking. Mixed feelings about the staff at the grocery store... Very disappointed with the sports facilities: no warm-up, activities start at 10 am for 30 minutes. The only positive point is Lou's course. Two runs a week reserved for experienced runners. Cold pools, only one tiny heated pool reserved for 16 and older. Sunbeds monopolized, average cleanliness, slides close early. For the first time, I spent more time outside the campsite than inside. Location/Rental Accommodation: Too close to the back of a mobile home, so I had to constantly keep the curtains closed.
