Cons

The animation team lacked a bit of energy. There was no cohesion among them and they showed a lack of empathy towards the holidaymakers. Location/Accommodation: Bed that creaks a bit and a small toilet; you bump your head when getting up.

Pros

The cleanliness of the mobile home, the bread and the pizzas, and the activities. Location/Rental accommodation: Very clean.

Cons

The cleanliness of the bar, especially the terrace, and the activity guidelines on your site for teens aged 13-17 years, when it should actually be 11-17.

Cons

For a 4-star campsite, there should be toilet paper in the restrooms. Showers in the sanitary block at the entrance were closed for our entire stay!! It should be clearly communicated to the guests whose pitches are right next to the parking/trash area that there is a strong possibility their night/morning could be noisy. Location/Rental accommodation: Just earth.

Pros

An excellent stay at Camping des Albères, very nice setting, really clean, the toilets and showers are well maintained. The two water areas are really great, especially the river around the slide which was a hit. In terms of dining, it's really top-notch, you eat very well, beautiful plates, kudos to the catering team. Friendly staff. Quiet, shaded campsite. Great animators, enjoyable activities. The play areas are spacious and well equipped for both young and old.

Cons

During the internal animations, without a provider, the sound system needs to be revamped, you can hardly hear the music, and the microphones are not the best. It's a shame, as it spoils the animated evenings.

We participated in a lotto evening but without a table; some people even went to fetch their table from the mobile home... Location/Rental accommodation: The mobile home is located opposite the very busy playground, making it difficult to relax quietly in the jacuzzi until 11:30pm.

Cleanliness of the accommodation Little respect at the pool (swim shorts forbidden but half the men are wearing shorts), noisy pool due to many young teens! Location/Rental accommodation: Cleanliness, housekeeping was not done before our arrival, the floor was really dirty, dust was not cleared, the accommodation needs a good refresh. The hot water did not work well.

Pros

The location is very exposed, visible from all sides with the constant passage of children and parents on the mobile home terrace. The rest of the campsite is nice. Location/Rental accommodation: Nothing to complain about, very good.

👎 The kindness of the staff. The pool is very good. Location/Accommodation: Not good at all. 👎 The showers that were indicated to us were not functioning. On the day of our arrival, as we arrived around 7:30 PM, we went to the restaurant. We were told that they could not serve us because they were fully booked. In reality, more than half of the tables were empty. Later, I understood that they only operated on reservations. No space to set up service for the camper. Location/Accommodation: We stayed at site 172, right next to the reception. Access was very poor, with dirt and many holes (probably due to rainwater), extremely narrow and overtaken by very high vegetation (about 2 meters tall), which touched us on all sides.
