Large standing areas often with a nice view. At least at night, it is very quiet. Overall clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, no toilet paper and hand washing only at the dish sinks. All sanitary stations have fixed water temperatures: rinsing and washing lukewarm, shower too hot. Many showers and few washbasins, albeit only single wash cubicles. Unfortunately, too much electricity is saved at night: no place lighting, even toilets can only be used with a flashlight. Large swimming pool.

The location of the campsite is very nice. Our pitch has a view of Mont Ventoux. But the sanitary facilities are a mystery to me. No toilet seats, no toilet paper, washing hands at the dishwashing sinks, no soap, no drying opportunities! The water temperature in the showers is not adjustable. At first, it takes quite a long time for the water to get warm, then it gets increasingly hotter, and only after a while is the temperature bearable, but still very warm. Additionally, you have to keep pressing the button for the water. Why 4.5? For fresh water and grey water, you also have to pay 2€?!?

Due to the beautiful location, we have visited this place multiple times despite the deficient sanitary facilities. Because of the excellent rating of the sanitary area in the 2019 camping guide, we returned there in June 2019 and were surprised that the sanitary facilities are still unacceptable: - The flushes of the toilets in the two older sanitary blocks do not work properly, so the remains of previous users are often visible in the bowls (the sign "Press button for 5 seconds" doesn't help). The sanitary building in the new section is closed and only opens for about 4 weeks during the main season. - Between 10 PM and 7 AM, all washrooms and shower rooms are closed (brushing teeth in the dark next to the toilets). - Urinals with visible men urinating (also in the new sanitary block) - No toilet paper or soap available. Positive: Beautiful pitches, plenty of greenery, first-class swimming pool with slides, great view of Mont Ventoux.

We have been to this campsite many times in the pre- and post-season. The owner is very friendly, the sanitary facilities are not luxurious but always clean. The swimming pool is great. I think it’s perfectly fine that one is not allowed to hang clotheslines, as it obstructs the view of Mont Ventoux. When you have to look at the neighbors' underwear every day - as we have experienced - you appreciate a clothesline ban.

No English or German communication possible - so far so good, as I speak broken French. Moreover, I cannot understand the four-star ratings with tips from the ADAC. It may be a good stay for families with a caravan, as the outdoor pool is very nicely located. It is negative that it is not possible to stretch a clothesline, and drying the laundry is not feasible for us. For me as a camper, this poses big problems, especially since the owner threatened to cut the clothesline with laundry on it - no go! To return to my title: urine smells! The cleanliness of the toilets leaves a lot to be desired. Normally, I can always trust your reviews! Too bad, my first negative example.
