Country Park Crécy la Chapelle

First impression: friendly staff (on the phone - never met in person), nice site (neatly large, very flat), the place gives an overall well-kept impression. The children thought the slide on the playground was great. We used the campsite because of its proximity to Disneyland. Also, the ride with the RER from Val d'Europe to Paris was trouble-free thanks to a large P+R parking garage. However: after 5 PM, no one is there anymore and not reachable either, the code for entering the campsite did not work twice, out of five women's toilets, only two were open - and one of them had been out of toilet paper for quite a while. The shower water was boiling hot - I did not let my children take a shower! Also, the showers were not cleaned during our stay. Due to the busy street above, it was relatively loud, especially in the morning.

Like with many others, our accommodation was cancelled the day we were supposed to arrive due to weather conditions. We still have not received a refund after 6 weeks. They don’t respond to emails and phone goes straight to voice mail. If you don’t want to lose your money, don’t book here.

Nothing was good. Unsuitable for camper vans (we would have been stuck in the mud), overpriced, toilets dirty, running water was not available at the time of our arrival. There were countless people at the rinse tables waiting for water. We left immediately, and we are still waiting for our prepaid money (634,- for six nights) despite contrary assurances. There has been no communication afterward. Our countless emails are being ignored. The phone also seems not to work. We found the site through ACSI. It is rated three stars there but isn't worth even one star. Recommendation: Avoid this site if you want to camp and enjoy a carefree holiday.

The place is ideal for a trip to Disneyland. €2.50 perfect per person/route. Be punctual at the stop on the return trip, as the bus is full (we returned at 9 PM). If it's full, then it's full. However, the sanitary facilities are dirty, and by noon there is no toilet paper left in the restrooms. Absolutely worth only 1 star! The ground of the site was only mud. Pay attention to this when choosing your parking spot! We primarily focused on the proximity to the sanitary facilities. The pool is okay. The pizza is good.

The campsite is located in a secluded area (our GPS had a somewhat strange route), but it is nicely divided into plots. The sanitary facility is basic and generally clean. We chose the campsite because of the advertised direct bus shuttle and the related opportunity to see the evening fireworks. The public bus really departs right in front of the campsite and only takes half an hour to Disneyland. TOP! However, the last bus in the evening already left at 11:05 PM, so we had to forgo the fireworks. (But at least there was no traffic jam ;-)... however, the bus driver refused to go to the campsite, claiming that the trip only goes to the train station. Besides, he couldn't turn around at the campsite because there were always buses from the guest workers parked there. Therefore, a half-hour walk to the campsite was necessary at night. It’s no problem, but we had chosen the C-platz because of its shuttle. That was frustrating - but it couldn't be answered directly by the campsite operator. (By the way, turning around was possible, despite the large buses parked there!)

We chose this campsite for a visit to Disneyland. There is a public bus that goes to Disneyland every hour. The journey takes about 30 minutes and costs €2 per person. The last bus returns at 11:30 PM, so you can still see the closing parade at 11 PM. Unfortunately, we had many mosquitoes. The information on the website is not up to date. The reception is open during the week until 7:30 PM. Unfortunately, I could not get through by phone to announce our late arrival. According to the operator's information, someone has damaged the telephone cable. Therefore, there is currently no Wi-Fi available. However, there is a bell for late arrivals. The barrier has to be opened manually, it seems to be defective too?! The pool is great. Don't forget toilet paper, there isn't any here. Absolutely recommended for a visit to Disneyland. Don't forget the good anti-mosquito spray.
