👍 Great stay, beautiful discoveries, and stunning landscapes. Location/Rental accommodation: Everything is brand new, well arranged, with a lovely terrace – the plancha is a top idea!

👍 The service and the welcome were excellent. The location and the environment are perfect. The site is simply wonderful.

🤝 The temperatures of the pools were okay, but I can’t find anything else positive! Location/Rental accommodation: The air conditioning was necessary; otherwise, we would have left because it was so hot. Oriented towards the children’s room… The TV. The toilet is separate. The beautiful terrace! 👎 Dirty dishes reported, but no one came to check, and a bowl was placed under the water heater. We were told it’s normal! Almost no entertainment... No entertainers were seen during our week. You have to reserve everything in advance, even a baguette. Taking the car every day is necessary, otherwise, boredom is guaranteed. Huge spiders in the accommodation several times! We love nature, but we have our limits. We are aware that we are surrounded by nature, but there is a big lack of cleanliness. I could write ten more lines. Vacation ruined! Location/Rental accommodation: The bed was too small and the mattress uncomfortable. Children’s room too...

👌 Ideal location to visit the surroundings, pools and lagoon. Location/Rental accommodation: Well organized. 👎 Staff at the bar/restaurant was completely disorganized and very quickly overwhelmed... this is quite surprising especially towards the end of the summer season (late August). There is a lack of daytime activities inside the camping near the pool and lagoon, and there are also few activities offered for teenagers; the animation is too focused on the "little ones". Location/Rental accommodation: Too much visibility between the terraces of the neighboring mobile homes.

👎 Reception of the staff was good. Location/Rental accommodation: Too expensive for what you get. 👎 The pools are too small, and there's not much space with sunbeds. Very few umbrellas. People reserve their sunbeds throughout the day: there is no control. There is no atmosphere in the evenings. Location/Rental accommodation: Not very clean upon arrival. Expensive.

🤝 The luxury mobile home and the lagoon add value to the camping experience. Location/Rental Accommodation: The mobile home is very well equipped both inside and outside. 👎 There is a lack of activities. And the dining options are not at all up to the standard of the camping site. Location/Rental Accommodation: There is no designated space for each mobile home.

👍 The mobile home we stayed in was simply beautiful and complete. We had a luxury version for 6 people. The view of the lagoon, with plenty of greenery and mountains behind it, was breathtaking. Pitch/Rental accommodation: Beautiful caravan. Well finished and fully furnished. The terrace is very cozy, the griddle is very handy, no need for a barbecue. The hammock was mostly occupied by our teenager. 👎 We missed a bit of what was advertised on the site; splashy shows. The animation is hired, a band or magician. It wasn't a problem in itself and it was absolutely fun, but mostly in French. The bands play English songs. The foam party was fun. We just expected a bit more from the animation. Pitch/Rental accommodation: Nothing!

👍 Lagoon, heated pool, wooded environment, stroll around Payrac, geographical location, evening entertainment. Site/Rental accommodation: Pitch, amenities of the mobile home, comfort. 👎 No composter, service at the bar or restaurant somewhat slow or not always well organized (drink ready but not delivered as taken by something else, preparation of sandwiches (small hunger) with a wait time that was a bit too long). The animation service for youth deserved more than 2 hours a day. Site/Rental accommodation: The ground was not clean (had to pass the mop upon arrival).
