The place seems to have reopened this summer under new management. Positive: young, dedicated team; bakery service (on order); animation; large plots; quiet location; great pool with slides; waste disposal and supply on site; power and water at the plot. Neutral: sanitation is okay - but somewhat undersized in the number of toilets / showers. Difficult: the plots themselves need to be made. The ground is still very damp days after the rain, and this creates ruts from the vehicles, making it difficult to stand straight and set up tables / chairs stably. Reception / pool is completely new, sanitation renovated, but the paths are rutted and full of potholes - the kids love it on the bikes, but after every rain, it's slalom through the puddles. The area is nice with plenty of tourist programs (karts, pony rides, booths, carousels). The beach is beautiful, but a good 2.5 (flat) kilometers away. Accessible via well-built bike paths over the ferry port. Conclusion: perfect as a stopover for 2-3 nights. We are traveling with a motorhome.

The place and sanitation are clean. No access to the canal. NOTHING FOR DOG OWNERS!!! No possibility to walk dogs on the site or outside.
