About
Picturesquely situated on the southern French Mediterranean coast north of Perpignan, Camping Le Fun offers a large heated pool, sports facilities and children's entertainment. The campsite near Fitou extends over a wide meadow area with olive trees and pine trees, with shrubs bordering the pitches. You can swim and relax by the pool with sunbeds and parasols and on the beach 4 kilometres away. Windsurfers can have fun at the nearby Étang de Leucate. Families will appreciate the snack bar, playground and children's entertainment programme at the campsite. Self-catering guests will find a supermarket around 2.5 km away. Facilities include bike and boat hire and a multi-purpose sports field. The wine-growing town of Fitou, with its rustic restaurants, is just a few kilometres away.
Openly designed campsite, which is also popular among travelers to Spain as a stopover due to its convenient location.

What campers are saying
Summarized by AI
The campsite scores with its wonderfully quiet, natural location and a wonderfully family-friendly atmosphere. The spacious, green pitches and the extremely friendly team are really well received. The well-maintained sanitary facilities round off the relaxed stay perfectly. Good to know for the trip: Anyone who is sensitive should be prepared for occasional noise from the nearby railway line.

Pros
Quiet location, modern and clean sanitary facilities, spacious grounds and very nice staff Pitch/Rent accommodation: For a stopover, we were right next to the sanitary building. Ideally located spacious site, close to the highway; nevertheless, very quiet. Even at the end of October, the bar/terrace was still open. There were delicious pizzas and a wine tasting. The staff is super nice and helpful. I think we’ll come back again 👌

We use the long pitches so we don’t have to detach the trailer from the motorhome. This is almost always possible here. Pitch/rental accommodation: pitch okay

Surfer Paradise with Poorly Maintained Sanitary Facilities! Verified

Pros
The campsite is quite spaciously laid out. However, it is also in a remote location. Surfers will find their area here - otherwise, it’s suitable only for a quick stop. The sanitary facilities looked great from the outside, but were disappointing on the inside! Really poorly maintained, and it smelled bad. Urgent work is needed to keep the four stars. Pitch/Rental accommodation: The pitch was okay.
Cons
Pitch/Rental accommodation: Cleanliness of the sanitary facilities.
