The campsite is idyllically located on a slope with terraced levels. The plots on dense grass are spacious and have a power and/or water connection depending on their location. The park-like design of the grounds with many different trees and hedges of berry and ornamental shrubs is very beautiful. In addition to the pitches for tents, caravans, and motorhomes, guests have the option to rent a holiday apartment as well as one of two rental tents for glamping or various mobile homes with a variable number of people. Some with pets, others without. The sanitary facilities are very clean and modernly equipped. There is a solid basic equipment with wash and rinse basins, showers, and toilets. Washing machines and dryers are also available. Those who wish can prepare their meals at the separate kitchenette for a small fee. Very practical for hikers and cyclists. The operators are always friendly and accommodating. In the covered communal area, there is a library, a foosball table, and a pool table. During the main season, regular events such as the weekly barbecue evening or Breton dances take place here. The location of the campsite is ideal for getting to know this section of the Côtes d'Armor better. Excursions to Erquy and Bret or Saint Malo, Dinard, and Dinan offer plenty of variety. The nearby district town of Matignon already has good shopping facilities and some recommendable restaurants. The only downside, if it can be called one, is the quietness and seclusion of the small village of Pléboulle. The church is locked, and apart from a small bar and a boules court, there isn't much to do or discover here. But those who are looking for peace and appreciate a friendly ambiance at fair prices will definitely find it here.

Just 1km from the sea, Camping Le Frêche à l' Âne offers relaxing tranquillity.
The charming little Le Frêche à l' Âne campsite enchants with its family-friendly tranquillity. The ocean shimmers on the horizon and the smell of grilled fish fills the air. The lovingly furnished campsite offers various accommodation options, a fully equipped kitchen, well-kept sanitary facilities and, of course, a washing machine and tumble dryer. For children and teenagers there is not only a playground, but also a hangar with billiards, table football and table tennis. Young and older bookworms have their own library, where they can also borrow amusing board games. In the summer months, guests are regularly treated to mussels, barbecued food and, of course, chips. Fresh baguettes and croissants are a daily standard.
Le Frêche à l' Âne campsite is ideally located for exploratory excursions. "La route des plages", the road of the beaches, provides a wonderful overview of the various stretches of coastline. The picturesque and mystical Le-Mont-Saint-Michel in the Normandy Wadden Sea is fascinating. A visit to the city of Saint-Malo is also highly recommended. The flair of the Middle Ages can be felt everywhere. However, the mobile homes and bungalow tents for hire meet contemporary standards. The comfortable pitches for guests travelling with caravans or motorhomes have all connections and waste water tanks can also be emptied.
