September 2025
!!!Caution when booking! 8 months before the trip, we wanted to cancel, the deposit of 200 € is gone! This is a very bad trick! We had booked a mobile home for the end of August/beginning of September 2025. In January, we decided, after extensive research, not to go to France and wanted to cancel. The homepage misleadingly stated that you get your money back for timely cancellations. As you are subtly sold a cheap travel cancellation insurance, you are then referred to the insurance. How do you explain to the insurance that you are cancelling due to incidents on French highways? I find it extremely cheeky and frustrating that with such an early cancellation you are left with the costs! This wouldn’t happen in Italy!

The campground was good, the spots were big enough for my taste. The restaurants a bit expensive. Staff very friendly and helpful. Sanitary facilities clean.

The campsite is full of permanent campers or caravans similar to permanent campers, blocking their spot, therefore the aesthetic of the campsite is terrible. Additionally, there is artificial grass by the pool, a ramshackle overall design, tight spaces where cars also need to park. The entertainment is loud, the staff extremely unfriendly, the prices in the supermarket and restaurants/bars outrageous. The pools are overcrowded and there are hardly any shaded areas, and getting loungers is also quite rare. The street next to the campsite is very touristy and noisy. Sanitary facilities are too few and unisex, left dirty by men. Absolutely not recommended and does not deserve its 5 stars.

Narrow, crowded place with loud music until midnight. If you like piling up by the pool and standing in line to shower, this is the place for you. Unfortunately, sleep before midnight is out of the question for the children. Way too loud. You can't relax here. The sports offerings and beach, as well as proximity to Vias Plas, are good. We have not tried the restaurants on site. The pitches are rather narrow. For us, the first and last time.

- Interesting site for families - Promenade almost adjacent to the campsite inviting for strolling, shopping, and dining - Beach slopes very gently and between the groynes, the water is very calm with small pleasant waves; the beach is not particularly wide - it could get crowded during the high season - Pool area great for smaller children; larger children might get bored quickly - Water park very nice for smaller children up to about 5-6 years old - Mini disco very varied and entertaining - Beautiful landscaping and well maintained - Food in the restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, and supermarket expensive even for a campsite - Restaurant building is getting old - Pool area overall not very large with few loungers and shade - Spray park partly without water or soft ground, instead on concrete - including the slides - Playgrounds in between are rather scarce - Wash houses partly without showers and overall too few toilets - No real children's area in a wash house - Hot water for washing/douching is a matter of luck - Water/wastewater not at the site and partly communal water points turned off - Only one rubbish place for the entire campsite - No trash bins at the beach and sporadically around the campsite - Sites partly very narrow, small, very tight access roads, everything feels crammed at the sites.

Unfortunately, we did not like the campground at all. The site is built way too tightly. We had to uncouple the caravan 50 meters in front of our pitch and push it. Unfortunately, the caravan with the car also did not fit on the site. And our caravan is not exceptionally large. Otherwise, everything is very overcrowded and unidyllic. Unfortunately, not recommended.

We were at the site for three days with the motorhome in August 2022, on the part of the site ‘Beach Farret’. This part is at the end of a street, and it’s less than 100m to the sea. Here, apart from the option to order rolls, there is nothing else. The pitches are okay, sandy. Unfortunately, the paths of the site are very dusty this year due to the extraordinary dryness, which means that even our own pitch suffers a bit. The sanitary facilities are perfect; they are scrubbed and cleaned all day long. The beach is very beautiful and shallow, ideal for families with children. The swimming pools are very well-maintained and varied, although teens may find it a bit boring, as the slides are rather simple. At the main site, which is about 300m from Beach Farret, there is everything the camper’s heart desires. During the day, foam parties with plenty of music are held, which really excited the kids. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, staying at the sea by Beach Farret is recommended.

quite disappointed with this campsite for which I paid 200 euros for two nights in the "holiday home" where animals are allowed; very basic and dirty accommodation (especially the toilets indicated at reception, which responded with an "ah...." but offered no solution; I had to clean myself and we preferred to go to the cleaner camping toilets!!; a reception staff colder than the polar circle with the clear impression of bothering them with our questions. Fortunately, the security person and the entertainers are welcoming....thankfully; definitely don't have your meals at the campsite, very expensive and a lot of waiting (about an hour for a salad) same for the snack. prefer restaurants outside; a street with car traffic separates the campsite in two, not great for the safety of children! the water area is nice and clean. The big plus: the location of the campsite with beach access and it is very flowered.
