A wonderful week in the Lot Valley. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, made it feel like home. The riverside pitch and the facilities were perfect, The plat du jour was on another level, beautiful to look at and to eat. Fishing, canoeing, swimming, bird watching, our time flew by. We will definitely return next year, maybe for a couple of weeks. Thank you to everyone at Camping Le Clos Bouyssac. Mike & Sally. Lovely pitches right next to the river with easy access for SUPs and swimming. Rosalie and her family and helpers are all very friendly and welcoming, and the site has great showers and other facilities. The 22m swimming pool is a very good size for a campsite and we also made quite a lot of use of the table tennis table. Bread and other patisserie items ordering via their app was excellent, and with luck and patience catfish and other fish can be seen in the river. Pitch/rental accommodation: We had three couples on three adjoining pitches with lots of space for our tents and also for eating together outside on the pitches. Being able to sit at the top of the river bank watching the sunset over the river is awesome.
