About
Picturesquely situated on Lac de Pareloup near the village of Canet-de-Salars, Camping Le Caussanel - Ciela Village welcomes its guests with a large pool area and magnificent bathing lake. The gently sloping, partly terraced meadow site right on the lakeshore with its pitches shaded by tall deciduous trees and comfortable bungalows with kitchen, bathroom and terrace is a holiday resort for the whole family. Pools with slides and the beautiful bay with its long sandy beach offer perfect bathing fun. The playground, children's entertainment and bike excursions along the lake or to Canet-de-Salars also provide great entertainment. A paddle tour by boat is also exciting. After an eventful day, the restaurant offers delicious meals. Self-catering guests will find what they are looking for in the well-stocked grocery shop.

Pros
Calm, proximity to the lake, size of the campsite, welcoming staff. Location/Rental accommodation: The size of the lodging, the reversible air conditioning.
Cons
Avoid nighttime receptions in the room above the restaurant when the campsite is busy: there is significant noise disturbance! Location/Rental accommodation: the windows should be cleaned. More attention should be paid to the unwashed dishes in the dishwasher and cabinets. The quantity of plates, pans, and pots is insufficient for 6 people.

Pros
A lot of tree species and birds, and a very beautiful lake. Location/Rental accommodation: nice location
Cons
Ensure that everything remains functional even at the end of the season! restaurant, bar, grocery store a bit far from all the sites to visit Location/Rental accommodation: add a metal plate at the end of the wooden ramp, as it is not easy to be in the stones with a wheelchair.

Pros
Pleasant stay at this campsite, unfortunately lacking nearby shops and located quite far from places to visit. Location/Rental accommodation: Very modern mobile home, well laid out and very well equipped.
Cons
Access to the lake for swimming is complicated and especially there is no beach. Water park is too small. Pets are not kept on a leash. Grocery store poorly stocked. Location/Rental accommodation: No complaints about the quality of the lodging.
