Pros

The proximity to the beach was nice, as was the layout of the site in the greenery. Decent food in the restaurant. Very friendly staff, bilingual. Good proximity to Concarneau and other places. Pitch/rental accommodation: see above.

Cons

Living conditions in the mobile home were extremely cramped. The houses are very close together. The beach could be cleaner and is not accessible for dogs. The nearest beach for dogs is 10 KM away.

Pros

Very beautiful stay at Cabellou Plage where the campsite is ideally located and very well maintained. Location/Rental accommodation: Very beautiful and very clean mobile home.

Cons

The slides. An indoor slide would be ideal and the outdoor one could be more up to date. Location/Rental accommodation: The lack of air conditioning is noticeable as it could ideally cool down the mobile homes that are exposed to the sun.

Cons

For pitch campers, there is light on the path and access to the washroom at any time. Warning during an approaching storm! Campsite/Pitch: The size is tight. There were barely 64 sqm, even though we had shared the dimensions beforehand. No alternative parking spot for the car was offered to us. Therefore, we had to park our vehicle in public space (night parking or at the beach).

The campsite is in a good location to explore Concarneau and the beautiful surroundings. There is a very nice playground, a sports field, and the obligatory bouncy castle for France. Additionally, there is a great indoor and a very nice outdoor pool, and a restaurant (unfortunately, our pizza for 14€ was totally burnt underneath). The pitches are relatively large and separated by low hedges. Some of the pitches are very uneven (bring wedges). The staff at the reception are very friendly (also in English). Unfortunately, you cannot reserve a specific pitch in advance. The sanitary facilities are quite basic even for French standards. The indoor toilets and showers are so narrow that you cannot bend down without bumping your head. Overall, there are definitely too few cabins for the size of the site. Accordingly, it was not particularly clean during high occupancy in the peak season. These are definitely not 5 stars. Overall, the campsite is okay, but in my opinion, the price-performance ratio is not quite right.

Good and clean! Campsite. However, in 3 weeks we had a total of 3 power outages for about 30-60 minutes. - The paid Wi-Fi was always overloaded. The sanitary facilities/toilets are undersized (for the entire site about 5 for men and 5 for women)... English is not very common for communication. For 5 stars, this site is not really internationally presentable. We will not come back.
