Site
Level, elongated meadow area, divided by rows of deciduous trees of different heights and hedges just under a man's height, additionally broken up by bushes. Adjacent neighbouring site. Close to where the Verzasca river flows into the lake. View over the lake and the surrounding mountains.
Access to water
Slightly sloping, approx. 100 m long and 15 m wide sandy beach with a bathing island in front. Followed by approx. 1000 square metres of sunbathing lawn.
