This was the worst place I've been to so far👎👎👎👎👎. The 4-star rating from ADAC is a joke and the reviewer must have been either drunk or bribed🤔. The pool was green and closed. Family-run business. The ladies are very nice and take care of everything. The place was quiet and has many trees, great in summer. We did not use the lake as the ground was very slimy. The pool as an alternative is very nice, with two lifeguards on site. The sanitary facilities are old, but okay. H

A small but nice campsite in the south of Lake. The pitches are a good size, and the planes provide shade. Arona can be reached by bike in 10 minutes. Shopping opportunities are nearby. We stayed here for three nights as a stopover on the way to Tuscany. We had a very small pitch on the grassy, almost level ground. Pleasantly shaded by the trees. Sanitary facilities were basic, but okay. Shower is paid, but very cheap. Nice location near the lake.
