We were there for one night on 12.09.2023. ADAC discount was applied! Showers, restrooms, etc. generous and clean! Maybe we'll stop there again on our return trip and stay longer!

Nice campsite, clean. However, there are apparently only discounts in the off-season - not in June or high summer. Thus, the information is incorrect.

We only spent one night there as a stopover. The approach is not for the faint-hearted. The alternative directions on the website make sense for getting there, as it goes up quite steeply afterward. Anyone taking the normal route should not have an over-width issue at any point. Generally, it is feasible with a caravan. On-site there are great pitches, arranged in terraces, right in front of a huge mountain mass. A small supermarket with a bread roll order service and a restaurant next door is perfect for enjoying pizza in the evening. There's a playground right next to the restaurant, easily accessible for little kids so they can move around freely. And there is a small outdoor pool of excellent quality. Apparently, you can also rent small cabins, and there seem to be new hotel rooms in the building. We only briefly checked the adjacent forest, which looks very promising and even shows a mountain bike trail. Behind the campsite, there is a small clearing in the forest with seating and football goals. So, this place is definitely saved for us!

We considered on the way here how thicker vehicles manage to get up. But we made it. The area is tidy and the oversized sanitary facilities are functional. Unfortunately, there is a lack of soap, toilet paper, and an option to adjust the water temperature. The pitches are fully equipped for large industrial use. The power is strong enough for our kettle (which wasn’t always the case this year during our holiday hopping). The market is small but adequately stocked. The small pool is well-maintained and cute. Unfortunately, they don't like the German language much here. Nevertheless, a great place, especially for active vacationers (mountaineers or bikers).

2 nights in the middle of nowhere - during the day rode bikes around the lakes, swam (turquoise blue, clear water but cold), at night silence with deer calls in the distance. The campsite has everything you need - bathroom facilities are very generous (without toilet paper & soap). In a small shop, you can buy the essentials and order fresh bread. Absolutely recommend!

We were here for the second time after 2018 and satisfied. We would have been more than that if the actually modern and clean sanitary facilities had been better maintained: urinals (all of them!), overflowing for days without anything being done, missing toilet seats and door hooks, toilets in constant flushing mode - this unfortunately looked quite desolate. On the other hand, there are remarkable features such as a really great saltwater pool or a dog shower; the individual pitches are fully equipped with electricity, water, and sewage connections. The selection of baked goods in the minimarket is very good. The playground is well-intentioned but could also offer something for older children. Overall, the impressions are quite far apart, so I can unfortunately only give a "satisfactory (plus)".

The site is relatively small with a lot of well-defined grassy areas with individual trees. Some permanent campers live in caravans or bungalows, which can also be rented. The site is neat and clean, and there is a restaurant, a pool, and a small shop on-site for all necessities. Two lakes are nearby, and two more can be reached with a more challenging hike. The nearest town can be reached by hiking or by bus.

The Laghi di Lamar campsite is surrounded on one side by the massive mountain ranges of the Dolomites and on the other by the turquoise-blue Lamar Lakes. One of the campsite's highlights is the on-site swimming pool with its sun deck. Surrounded by mountain peaks, the spacious swimming pool offers a refreshing dip on hot days. Sun loungers and chairs are available on the terrace.
At 800 metres above sea level, the Laghi di Lamar campsite is surrounded by dense coniferous forests. The site offers just under 100 pitches for caravans and motorhomes. A number of furnished wooden chalets and fully equipped holiday flats are also available to rent. Visitors to Laghi di Lamar not only benefit from the relaxing soundscape of natural forests and lakes, but also from the homemade pizza. The wood-fired oven has been repeatedly renewed and improved, so that the numerous pizza variations now taste even better. In the lovingly decorated and planted restaurant, visitors can enjoy pizza and other Italian specialities on the outdoor terrace or in the indoor dining room. A separate café also offers small snacks such as croissants, coffee and cakes. Fresh Italian bread is delivered to the in-house farm shop every morning. In addition to numerous useful utensils, such as drugstore items and basic foodstuffs, the shop is particularly well known for its rich selection of local products such as cheese, wine and cold meats. Particularly popular: the garlic salami, cured beef and spiced bacon, the Lardo Aromatizzato. The campsite, which is open all year round, has a laundry room with washing machine, disabled sanitary facilities and baby changing facilities. The toilet facilities offer sufficient space and have been renovated at regular intervals. Not far from the pool is the inviting children's playground, which also has its own small forest.
Nature lovers and active travellers will get their money's worth at Camping Laghi di Lamar: activities include paragliding, climbing and abseiling tours. From the campsite, visitors can reach the surrounding nature in just a few metres! The lakes are not only particularly attractive for anglers, but also offer numerous hiking and cycling trails for all levels. It is also worth visiting the surrounding castles, such as Castel Toblino. Built in the 16th century, there are many gruesome and romantic tales and legends about the castle. The region is also famous among alpinists from all over the world for its climbing walls, which are up to 350 metres high. Courses and guided tours can also be booked.
