Camping La Viste

a very nicely located quiet spot with partially fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. The restaurant on site also offers a roll service and a minimal supply of food. The pools are clean and well-maintained, sanitary facilities were always clean and there is now also a dispenser for paper. We really enjoyed it.

We really enjoyed camping in early September. Nice shady spots. We had one with sunshine. The pool area was very nice. There is even a long slide. The food in the restaurant with a great view of the lake and mountains was also very good. Unfortunately, we hit the day when there was no bread roll service. There was also no shop nearby. Thus, breakfast was without bread. The e-bike tour around the lake was also very nice. We will come again.

Nice campsite with spacious pitches. The sanitary facilities and such are well done, but we didn’t notice any cleaning taking place. There are two pools with a fantastic view as well. Unfortunately, there is no supermarket or similar nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and there is now toilet paper available. We can recommend this site with a good conscience.

When enjoying dinner on the restaurant terrace in the evening, one can also delight in the great view of Lake Serre Ponçon. Two swimming pools with the same view invite to swim.

Wonderfully beautiful location, directly by the reservoir, very quiet, free choice of pitches in the off-season, a bit isolated, no shop, sanitary facilities clean, toilet paper must be brought by yourself, at night, due to low light pollution, the stars can be seen well.
