very quiet location, train station within walking distance, the nearby village of ORGON is enchanting, supermarket, gas station, bakery quickly about 2 km from the campsite, modern mobile homes, impressive surroundings of rocks, hiking trails, and swimming lake, a good starting point for excursions to Avignon/Nîmes/Arles/Beau d P/Aix e P/Tascaron etc.

beautifully located place; unfortunately, the noise level from the animation in the afternoon and evening does not fit at all (with interruption until 11:00 PM) ... this would prevent us from coming back. Roll service on order; restaurant and snack bar on site; Starting point for hiking and climbing from the spot.

Pretty okay

July 2022

The place itself is okay, the sanitary facilities are okay, but they are only cleaned a maximum of 2 times a day, sometimes in a very unclean state (especially the toilets, do not use without disinfecting cleaning first). The showers in the main sanitary building are not adjustable in temperature, so you have to take whatever temperature comes out. For 8 out of 10 days, the main lighting in the men's sanitary area was out of service, so we helped ourselves with a flashlight. Additionally, we had daily power outages 1 - 3 times a day, mostly only in the 20-minute range, but it should be noted (the site was nearly fully booked). In my opinion, the swimming pool is insufficiently large for the size of this campsite; during our stay, there were too many people in the pool to swim properly, so you could cool off but nothing more. In the evenings, there was very long and well-audible sound from the animation program. (DJ, karaoke, live singing) What we liked about this site was its location. It invites you to hike in the mountains of the Alpilles or to undertake excursions as day trips (Provence, Mediterranean, Camargue and the large cities like Aix-en-Provence, Avignon, ...). For people with and without dogs, the lake right outside the gates of the campsite invites you to take a dip. (There was always a lot going on there during our stay, as many locals come there to swim). The staff is always very friendly and really does their best. We had reserved a comfort pitch before our vacation, and when we arrived, there was a selection of possible plots, some of which were of varying sizes. In the end, we looked for a plot with as much shade as possible and we found one. If the condition of the sanitary facilities were significantly better, we would also consider having a vacation there again, but after this experience, not at the moment. (Perhaps it would be enough to increase the cleaning intervals during the peak season!)

Green, beautiful site; good transport links

July 2022

Positive: - very many trees - plots large enough - pool okay - sanitary facilities okay, cleaned twice a day - very good transport connections - adequate shopping opportunities nearby (accessible by car) - beautiful hiking possibilities directly from the campsite - friendly staff - lovely, warm bathing lake right in front of the site - train station within walking distance Negative: - due to the location in the valley, very hot in summer with little wind for cooling - loud music every evening until 11 PM (DJ, live music, karaoke) at the restaurant - only rarely warm shower water - sanitary facilities basic Difference between normal pitch and Comfort: the Comfort plots are supposed to be slightly larger and come with a picnic table. Since this was not clear from the online description, we booked Comfort, but there were no Comfort places available at all. And we wouldn’t have paid just for the luxury of a picnic table... However, it was not possible to change that on-site anymore because it was booked online. Overall, we had a nice time there, it was okay with children too. If we should go back there, we wouldn’t do it again in high summer at 36°C - it was very hot...

A very beautiful campsite in Provence. The pitches are spaciously laid out; we had enough room for our motorhome and a tent. The staff is mostly Dutch, and there are many visitors from the Netherlands as well. In front of the campsite lies a great lake, ideal for swimming, with a fantastic wakeboard facility at a reasonable price, perfect for trying something new. Great area for hiking and many fantastic rocks for climbing. Many access points and routes of all difficulty levels. The staff is super friendly and helpful, speaking French, English, and partially German.
