The sanitary facilities are unhygienic, and there is no hot water. The access roads are in very poor condition, with potholes everywhere. The playgrounds are poorly maintained and very dangerous. The rental plots are not cared for, and the hedges are unkempt. There is no internet (Wi-Fi is non-existent). The bar and restaurant are always closed. No activities are offered (no animators). There is no laundry service. The pond is dirty and not maintained, and to top it all off, there is a rat infestation. It doesn't even deserve one star.
