Camping La Spiaggia

Nice pitches, partly sunny or shady, friendly reception, beautiful pool, small bar where you can order rolls for the next day. Unfortunately, no real minimarket (no mineral water or beer bottles - this is the only point of criticism). To do grocery shopping, you have to walk quite a bit to get to a supermarket. I cannot assess the restaurant (it was just too hot during our stay to linger there in the evenings without shade). The prices were also not quite cheap. The lake had a greenish tint and no swimmers were in sight. The view of the beautiful village is wonderful and reachable on foot in about 10 minutes. In the nearby area, there are interesting MTB routes and trails, and beautiful views of the lake. There is a relatively flat bike path around the lake. We will come back, but we will stock up on drinks beforehand.

The place is not too big, but offers a sufficient selection of shady or sunny spots. There is a pool and direct access to the lake. The generously sized sanitary facilities are in top condition and are often cleaned. You can order rolls or croissants/cornetti/brioche. There is a bar with a mini-minimarket and even a small restaurant for a nice evening. By the lake, we were divided. It seems to suffer a bit from water scarcity and algae growth. In July/August, it is no longer ideal. However, the place itself cannot help with that. The view is awesome.

The location of this campsite is very good. You can get a pitch directly by the lake for a small extra charge. The sanitation facilities are also very good! Otherwise, the site does not live up to its potential. This is unfortunately due to the staff appearing somewhat unprofessional. This applies to both the reception and the restaurant. Nothing works without the manager, and even he seems slightly overwhelmed. Everything is just a bit more complicated. Overall, it is a decent site. It can be done.

Beautiful, small, and really very clean site. The sanitary facilities were always well-maintained. Hot water etc. lasted much longer than planned. We were lucky to get a spot with a lake view. At the end of September, it wasn't very busy either. It would have been a bit too loud by the street/train line for us. Otherwise super quiet and no entertainment, etc. Very friendly for dogs as well. There was even a dog shower. Clearly 5 stars, but unfortunately deducting one point because neither the market, restaurant, nor pool were open. That should be communicated in advance. Especially the restaurant is wonderfully located and has very good reviews. Too bad! Water could only be collected at the toilet, etc. No service at the site, showers by the lake were turned off. 1 km to the center, a very nice small town with shopping options and great restaurants. You couldn't swim in the lake and the mosquitoes were quite bad, but the operator can't do anything about that. We would gladly come back at this time of year!

A very recommendable and manageable campsite in the pre- and post-season with many shaded pitches, which is quite affordable thanks to the ADAC campcard or ACSI. We have been coming here for 15 years to enjoy the area and the tranquility. Unfortunately, this doesn't always work out, as there are now many dogs on the site and their owners don't always manage to keep them as "camper dogs". The sanitary area is clean, and toilet paper is available, along with always sufficient hot water. The own access to the lake with free loungers, sunshades, and swimming pool completes the picture.

Very good value for money and friendly staff! Located directly by the wonderful lake and a short walk from the historic town center! Very clean and dog-friendly! There is a fenced "dog beach" for dogs with "poop bags" available! The restaurant on the premises is absolutely worth recommending!! Very delicious food at a reasonable price! Everything highly recommended!

Small campsite, very quiet, right by the lake, clean and well-maintained sanitary facilities. No entertainment! Nice bar with restaurant. The shopping opportunities are not worth mentioning. Besides bread rolls (which must be ordered) there is hardly any offer.

We were there in the off-season with a tent and motorcycles. With ACSI, super affordable. Brand new sanitary facilities, which are kept very clean even in the off-season. The staff at the reception is very friendly, Passignano is easily accessible on foot, and besides restaurants there are also good shopping options. For help regarding cars or motorcycles, a small workshop is also quickly reachable. Our conclusion... we will come back to this beautiful place and to the lovely people there!
