We arrived at the camp site in good time before closing hours and were met by a rude and unpleasant woman who wouldn't accept our ACSI electronic card but demanded us to present a physical card which we don't have. I tried to convince her that our membership of ACSI was ok, and that we had found their place via ACSI but it didn't work. After some further arguing she finally accepted, however, but with a very sour look and with the remark that, in future, we had better print it out on beforehand.
