Flower Camping La Samaritaine

Hello, this is how I envision an ideal campsite for those seeking relaxation. The reception is very warm and friendly. You receive a thorough briefing. The ground of the comfort pitches consists of half gravel and half grass, which is ideal in case of poor weather. The pitches are separated by hedges and are adequately sized. The sanitary facilities are very clean, as are the showers. For dog owners, there is a generous dog area at the edge of the site. You can take short walks with your dog directly from the campsite, perfect for a quick outing. For me, this is a fantastic campsite that I highly recommend. It's unfortunate that the small lake at the campsite wasn't swim-friendly due to blue-green algae or other bacteria. However, the campsite operators can do little about it.

I decided at the last minute to visit the Ardennes, and I was very pleased with the welcome I received at Camping La Samaritaine. Petrie and Tony are very kind and incredibly helpful if we were missing anything. The showers and toilets are clean, the place is very well maintained, and games and activities are offered, ideal for both little ones and adults. I will return without hesitation. Nice campsite, beautifully green and well-maintained. The sanitary facilities are fine, the reception is friendly, and the spots are nice. It's a pity that swimming in the lake was prohibited due to blue-green algae. Food and bread in the morning are fine.

A small swimming pool would make the campsite completely perfect.

We had a great stay for the second year in a row. Everything was well taken care of. Camping spot/Rental accommodation: Taking the Flower package is highly recommended. The cottage is clean and tidy, plus you also get made beds upon arrival.

Cons

The only downside was the presence of blue-green algae in the swimming pond during our stay. However, we still enjoyed our time there. There are other swimming options nearby.
