Simple, beautiful, large campsite in the woods

July 2018

We were traveling as a family with two children. We used the three-day stopover for bouldering (within biking/running distance). In the afternoons, we cooled off in the pool (don't forget tight swim trunks!). At the snack bar, you can order baguettes/croissants for the next day. Overall, we really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.

The only thing that stands in the way of my 5 stars is that newcomers cannot order or buy baked goods for the next day. An additional quota beyond the reservations would certainly make sense.

Located very idyllically near Melun

March 2018

The campsite is located in the middle of the forest and has a sandy ground. Not completely flat, but it doesn't really matter. A sanitary block was renewed two years ago, the other one is also in very good shape. Since we are only there at Easter, this is very important. There is a lot to see in the surrounding area. The reception is actually almost always staffed and usually very friendly. English and French are no problem, German depending on the occupancy. The mobile homes are very attractive and also very clean and complete. Anyone wanting to go climbing without a car is well placed here. But the climbers know this too, as at Easter the site is international and fully booked. Booking early is advantageous. We have been going there for many years now and feel very comfortable.
