We had a spot with our own sanitary facilities. Everything was very clean. Every day, cleaning staff were around. The campsite is very well maintained; gardeners were present daily. The entire staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The restaurant and shop are open even with few guests. You could order baked goods. Even in the pre-season, there were activities for children in the afternoon and for everyone in the evening. It was a bit loud at times, but it ended around 10:00 PM. However, we did not find this disturbing. There is a good opportunity to walk the dog outside the campsite. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away. Although the campsite is located on a road, it is very quiet at night. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Argelès-sur-Plage along the beach. By bicycle, it takes about 5 to 10 minutes along the road. You can hear the neighboring 'Luna Park', but it did not disturb us. We have never had such a good, free Wi-Fi connection. The campsite 'La Marende' is highly recommended.
