This is a beautiful campsite. It was the first time I spent a vacation not by the sea and was correspondingly unsure. It was our first nudist vacation and we didn't need a nudist license. In this gorge of the Ceze, swimming is great, even though the water level was a bit low. The restaurant has only a small menu, but what is offered is excellent. The Wi-Fi is significantly too expensive. There is no phone network available there. The pool was warm and clean, and there is a sauna in the pool area (very nice when one is cold). There are almost exclusively shaded spots available. The bar and the small self-service shop have everything you need. It was very nice.

Good spot, almost at ground level (unlike the sloped opposing pitch "Domaine de Sablière") Good restaurant, good shop (neither is cheap, but okay). Restrooms, showers, wash basins everything okay, hot water, soap, toilet paper, all available. Cleanliness is good. Staff is friendly. The place Mejannes-Le-Clap (6 km) is rather modest. 1 supermarket, 2-3 restaurants. On market day, however, things get lively. Recommendation: Bicycle over the Ceze through the camp "Ran du Chabrier" and then to Barjac (7 km) or Vallon (21 km). While Vallon is significantly more interesting. However, it is only reachable via the country road next to cars. That is not a true joy! And both (Barjac and Vallon) are only recommended with e-bikes! The guests and the staff at the facility are good and friendly. One lady at the reception is German and very helpful. The prices are okay. Motorhome with 2 adults about 35,- € including flat electricity per night. There is a pool, 25 x 10 m. Swimming in the Ceze is not always nice due to lack of water. Excursions (hikes) are also offered. We went to the "Grotte de la Salamandre." It is recommended, but strenuous. In any case, we liked this site much better than "Sabliere". Because there it is difficult and cumbersome to get around due to the huge elevation differences. A visit to the opposing camp "Ran du Chabrier" is also recommended. Just walk through the camp, drink a pastis, and let it sink in. That is a quite different kind of nudism. Wi-Fi can be purchased, and that makes sense too. All in all: For those who like it close to nature and do not want any frills, this is a good place to be.
