The chalet was very well equipped. The owners are very friendly. They go to the village bakery (3 km away) every morning to fetch your orders and are always ready to help. The site is spectacular. Location/Rental Accommodation: Everything is provided and very clean.

Calm and well-maintained campsite, clean sanitary facilities, hot showers, very nice owners, very pleasant relaxation area, various games (boules, rackets, books, etc.) available. Location/Rental accommodation: very large and shaded pitches.

Very beautiful quiet location. I was there in September. The campsite was almost empty that night. Beautiful starry sky with very little light pollution. Friendly staff. The sanitation is fine, with separate toilet and shower spaces. Toilets are not heated but the showers are. Possibility to get buns in the morning. Supermarket not within walking distance. Be sure to check if the restaurant and snack bar are open. We wanted to have a bite to eat in the restaurant after a day of motorcycle travel but it was closed that day, and frying fries was also not an option today? Very environmentally conscious campsite. Pitch/accommodation rental: Good.

Cons

Mow the lawn shorter to avoid getting your feet wet in the morning. Location/Accommodation: Our friendly neighbors who arrived 24 hours after us and stayed up late talking on their terrace without worrying about the disturbance caused. Of course, you are not responsible.

Pros

Camping La Cascade is perfect for getting onto the trails of the Cévennes without needing to take the car. Site/Rental accommodation: Perfect, peaceful, very green and comfortable.

Upon arrival, you are warmly welcomed by Isabelle, who does everything to ensure that your stay goes as smoothly as possible... and always with a smile. Each pitch or rental has a sufficiently large space to enjoy your privacy and not feel too close to other vacationers: this is very appreciated and even rare compared to what is offered in other holiday locations. The site is well-maintained, and the facilities are very clean. We tried out the restaurant: our salads were hearty and tasty. We'll be back soon!! Location/Rental accommodation: The chalet was clean. Additionally, the small details that make life easier are well thought out: In the kitchen, a sponge, dish soap, and dish towels were provided. The setting, the presence of birds, the tranquility, the attention given to the environment (waste sorting, limited-time showers), the games provided, the relaxation area... Site/Accommodation: The comfort, the terrace, the presence of everything we needed.

Pros

This is our second visit and we are delighted with every stay! The campsite is clean, very quiet, the setting is magnificent, and the managers are really nice. The river allows for a refreshing dip in case of heat, and there are plenty of beautiful walks to do in the surrounding area! A favorite campsite, I think we will be coming back regularly!
