Overall, everything has actually already been written in the other reviews and corresponds to the facts. What really bothered us was that the sometimes long paths to the sanitary room are hardly lit at night. And yes, the additional electricity prices are quite steep. The beach at Lake Chiemsee, which you can really reach very quickly, is fantastic thanks to the huge lawn area and there are always shady spots available. The only thing that really disturbed and was met with discontent from the locals were the large families (Russian, Turkish, Yugoslav) that can be found there, especially on weekends, who disturbed this dreamy paradise and picturesque landscape with hours of barbecue festivities and deafening loud music. Otherwise, if you have a pitch that is not near the road, a quiet vacation is also possible.

Staff was very friendly, sites vary in size, water and sewage not at the site and also not in immediate proximity. Electrical box far away (20 meters was not sufficient) and the electricity price borders on extortion. Showers cost an extra 0.50 cents for 3 minutes and in the women's area, one stands on a grid throughout the area. Therefore, it cannot be cleaned thoroughly, and hair hangs in the grid and black sludge accumulates in the drain. It smells very unpleasantly musty, damp, and moldy. Therefore, I find the prices not appropriate for the little comfort.

The campsite is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The pitches are not demarcated and vary in size, so you can find a good spot even with differently sized campers. The sanitary facilities are a bit older, but they are always clean and tidy. You can either shower in the sanitary building or in the outdoor area at the outdoor showers. There are several places throughout the campsite to get free drinking water. The restaurant opposite is also highly recommended. Very nice staff, reasonable prices, and really delicious food. The Chiemsee can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes through an underpass. However, those who want to swim should bring swimming shoes, as it is only a rocky beach and you have to walk far into the water before you can swim. However, that didn’t bother us at all. It’s just nature. All in all, we were very satisfied with the campsite, had a lovely time by the Chiemsee, and certainly will not be here for the last time.

A very nice reception. Super friendly staff. The sanitary facilities are fine and clean. Showering is not possible without shower shoes, as you stand on a metal grid. Unfortunately, the pitches of the campsite were very soft and muddy. The electrical boxes are spaced far apart, so you sometimes have to lay the cable across the street. And long cables are required. In nice weather, the site might be nice. Unfortunately, the restaurant on the other side of the street was closed. For a stopover, the site is suitable.
